• Keep self-serving line clean and arranged, 
• Quick, polite and qualified customer service, 
• Advice and recommendation on dishes and drinks, 
• Increasing average check through additional sales,
•  Filling the flow line with clean trays, forks, glasses,
• Ensuring the ideal appearance of the offered dishes (the dishes must be fresh, have a fresh and attractive appearance),
