Responsible for the cleanliness of the tables and trays.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensures the cleanliness of the hall tables;
- Disinfects after cleaning;
- Sorts the dishes before passing them to dishwasher;
- Monitors the cleanliness of the working environment, ensures its hygiene,
- Performs other tasks directly related to the position.
