Makes and provides the self-serving line with the pre-defined menu dishes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Check the freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables,
  • Informs the manager about supply shortages and vegetable quality;
  • Prepares dishes according to daily menu according to the recipes and technology provided by chiefs;
  • Assist other cooks;
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the working space;
  • On the instructions of the immediate supervisor, performs other tasks directly related to the position

 

Required qualifications:

  • Ability to work quick and clean;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Stress resistance.
