Makes and provides the self-serving line with the pre-defined menu dishes.
Main responsibilities:
- Check the freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables,
- Informs the manager about supply shortages and vegetable quality;
- Prepares dishes according to daily menu according to the recipes and technology provided by chiefs;
- Assist other cooks;
- Maintains the cleanliness of the working space;
- On the instructions of the immediate supervisor, performs other tasks directly related to the position
Required qualifications:
- Ability to work quick and clean;
- Teamwork skills;
