Responsible for managing the sales of the organization's products in his branch, coordinating and leading his team.

Responsibilities

 

  • Organize and supervise canteen operations while maintaining a healthy workplace atmosphere;
  • Study the consumer demand, control the quality of the customer service, make suggestions for improving customer service;
  • Organize the work of cafeteria staff;
  • Follow the staff’s the proper look, clean uniform, and ensure that the staff follows necessary sanitary-hygienic rules;
  • Fill out the employee work sheets;
  • Create the order list of food and other products;
  • Fill out the working docs and forms on time;
  • Monitor the availability and freshness of food on the line until the end of the working day
  • Monitor the preparation of food for the next day
  • Keep track of raw and prepared food residues, as well as the amount of waste
  • Monitor the uninterrupted operation of cash registers and other technical equipment
  • In the end of the working day, together with the cashier calculate the cash, close the cash register and organize encashment
  • Provide superior customer service and handle customer complaints
